WE ARE ALREADY 46 MeMBERS
The alliance of the entire value chain of real estate services to give an answer to the
future
In front of an environment of radical and accelerated changes, the CSIM integrates all the companies in the real estate field to jointly undertake the business transformation that allows us to satisfy the new and changing needs of people in the use of real estate, whether to live or to work.
CSIM is born with the idea of promoting the ideation, innovation and implementation of initiatives and synergies that allow the value and service offer to be adapted to the new needs of customers in the use of buildings. We do it with the conviction that the alliance of all efforts is the best tool to face the future.
To create knowledge and value it is necessary to share experiences and different and qualified points of view. For this reason, the CSIM is a transversal, cooperative and
non-profit instrument that wants to integrate the companies that make up the entire value chain of real estate services, together with those that participate in the same ecosystem, whether large, small or medium.
Participate in a platform that proposes a multi-sector transformation and that offers you:
A way to adapt and overcome the effects that the current technological disruption is having on the real estate market, in a broad sense.
To adapt your business more easily to the transformation that the sector requires.
Facilitate the application of technology in the development of the provision of your services in the real estate field.
Incorporate a strategic approach into your business.

This morning, property management companies associated with CSIM came together for the workshop Position your company for talent, a working session focused on a challenge that is as uncomfortable as it is necessary: how talent perceives the real estate sector, and how companies can better communicate their value to attract qualified professionals.
The session started from an honest diagnosis: despite the real value the sector offers, its external perception remains tied to images of tradition, bureaucracy and limited professional growth. Ignoring that perception does not change it. The challenge is to understand it and learn to communicate clearly and authentically ...

Last Thursday, the Palau Macaya in Barcelona hosted the conference Growing with Purpose, organised by CSIM in collaboration with ACCIÓ and Roots for Sustainability (R4S). More than twenty CEOs and business owners from the real estate sector gathered to tackle a question that rarely makes it onto the daily agenda: what does my company exist for?
Throughout the morning, participants explored the concept of corporate purpose, how it differs from mission and vision, and how it can become a genuine guide for strategic decision-making and cultural transformation. The session also covered the practical process of defining purpose through corporate storytelling ...

On 9 April, we held the second edition of our peer breakfasts — a space for honest conversation among marketing and communications professionals in our sector.
A small group of professionals came together with a clear goal: to stop talking about trends and start talking about realities. What emerged was as honest as it was familiar.
The saturation of digital channels, the difficulty of standing out in a sector where everyone communicates in much the same way, and the impact of artificial intelligence were the main topics on the table. AI may still raise more questions than answers — but ...

A practical session led by our partner Mutua de Propietarios, designed to give property managers and real estate professionals a clear overview of how to respond to high-impact building incidents, from prevention through to resolution.
We will cover the keys to anticipating risks before an incident occurs, the immediate priorities when one does, and the best practices for streamlining the claims process: policy and coverage review, coordination with loss adjusters and insurers, managing concurrent insurance policies, restoring habitability, compensation, repairs, and potential legal claims.
What you will learn
How to prevent risk situations through a thorough review of the policy ...18 June 2026
