The alliance of the entire value chain of real estate services to give an answer to the
future
In front of an environment of radical and accelerated changes, the CSIM integrates all the companies in the real estate field to jointly undertake the business transformation that allows us to satisfy the new and changing needs of people in the use of real estate, whether to live or to work.
CSIM is born with the idea of promoting the ideation, innovation and implementation of initiatives and synergies that allow the value and service offer to be adapted to the new needs of customers in the use of buildings. We do it with the conviction that the alliance of all efforts is the best tool to face the future.
To create knowledge and value it is necessary to share experiences and different and qualified points of view. For this reason, the CSIM is a transversal, cooperative and
non-profit instrument that wants to integrate the companies that make up the entire value chain of real estate services, together with those that participate in the same ecosystem, whether large, small or medium.
Participate in a platform that proposes a multi-sector transformation and that offers you:
A way to adapt and overcome the effects that the current technological disruption is having on the real estate market, in a broad sense.
To adapt your business more easily to the transformation that the sector requires.
Facilitate the application of technology in the development of the provision of your services in the real estate field.
Incorporate a strategic approach into your business.

On Wednesday, July 1st, CSIM held its third edition of the Good Practices Breakfast series at Fabrick Gràcia, this time focused on leadership. Ten member companies came together to openly share, among peers, how they are developing leadership within their organisations and the challenges they face in retaining talent — one of the sector's key strategic issues.
The session combined a panel discussion, where managers and directors from participating companies shared their own initiatives and lessons learned, with a talk by Joan Carles Vilà, founding partner of Human Software and an expert in leadership and soft skills development. Vilà ...

CSIM and the Institut de Formació Empresarial de Barcelona (IFEB) have taken a first joint step to tackle one of the sector's structural challenges: generational renewal.
At a working session held this week at IFEB, coordinators from vocational training programmes met with business teams and HR managers from four cluster companies: Housfy, Fincas Anzizu, Pous Grup and Organ. The goal: to bring vocational training closer to companies' real needs and introduce young people to the opportunities the real estate sector offers.
Two lines of work and a first result
The session produced two concrete lines of action:
A first ...

But if there was one headline of the day, it was the presentation of the new CSIM image: an evolution born of ...

CSIM Breakfast Sessions: Customer and User Experience
In this new CSIM Breakfast session, we'll share real experiences about how companies are listening to, serving, and creating value for their clients and users.
We'll discuss practices that work, recurring friction points, and opportunities to improve services, processes, and relationships across the entire real estate value chain.
This is not a training or a talk. It's a practical, confidential, and participatory conversation among member companies.
What we'll work on
Who our client really is: who decides, contracts, pays, and uses.
Which moments generate the most effort, uncertainty, or ...
Key business information is often scattered across spreadsheets, folders, and different applications. This slows down teams and complicates decision-making.
CSIM, in collaboration with Eurecat Academy, is launching a course tailored for companies in the real estate services sector. This isn't about learning to code — it's about learning to govern your own business information.
