Yesterday the team from the Real Estate Services Cluster took part once more in the Strategic Immersion for Cluster Teams, the annual gathering organized by ACCIÓ in Vilafranca del Penedès, now in its 14th edition, alongside the 28 clusters that make up the Catalunya Clústers Program.

Year after year, this event gives us the chance to pause, share knowledge with other sectors, and discuss relevant topics — this year, artificial intelligence and data spaces, and how they are changing the way our clusters work.

This year María Jesús Morandé Bascuñán took part on behalf of CSIM in the panel discussion on data spaces, sharing the real estate sector's experience in data governance and collaboration, alongside Clúster Salut Mental Catalunya and Modacc - Catalan Fashion and Textile Cluster.

We also want to highlight Josep M. Ganyet's talk, which raised an uncomfortable question: how much of the current discourse on AI is real, and how much is noise. And the conversation with Carissa Véliz, which led us to reflect on the social impact of technology.

Coming back every year lets us keep learning from other sectors, build stronger ties between clusters, and keep driving the transformation of the real estate sector with new ideas.
