Yesterday, the Catalonia Real Estate Services Cluster (CSIM) held its 2026 General Assembly at Casa de la Llum (Simon), bringing together the community of members to review the year, make strategic decisions, and look ahead to the future of the sector together.

During the session, the 2025 accounts and the 2026 budget were approved, and the 18 new members who joined during the year were welcomed, bringing the cluster to a close of 2025 with 85 associated companies. But if there was one headline of the day, it was the presentation of the new CSIM image: an evolution born of months of work that reflects both the cluster's current identity and its ambition for the future. Alongside the new image, the CSIM 2.0 value proposition was also presented, setting out the organisation's roadmap for the years ahead.

The Assembly was also the occasion to launch the CSIM Talent Hub, the cluster's new training platform, and to share the 2026 action plan and the new member strategy. The morning closed with a talk by Pere Maymi, brand strategy consultant, titled Innovar o morir ("Innovate or Die"), a reflection on the need to evolve that fit perfectly with the spirit of the day.

Behind this day lie many hours of work from many people. CSIM thanks the Board of Directors and all the members who drive projects and working groups forward — this day belongs to them too. The sector moves forward. So does the cluster.
