CSIM, in collaboration with Eurecat Academy, is launching a course tailored for companies in the real estate services sector. This isn't about learning to code — it's about learning to govern your own business information.

• Get your house in order: build a real inventory of your company's data —assets, contracts, consumption, incidents— and overcome the limitations of traditional spreadsheet-based models.

• Make better decisions: turn everyday data into useful KPIs on occupancy, profitability, or maintenance.

• AI for everyday tasks: discover how operational AI can automate administrative work, such as automatic document classification or extracting information from PDFs. 

By the end, each company will walk away with an initial data governance framework, defined KPIs, and a mini 30-60-90 day roadmap toward becoming a data-driven organization.

Limited spots. We recommend managerial profiles attend the first session, and operational profiles plus interested managers attend the second. The third session will be joint.
