At CSIM, in collaboration with IFEB, we are organising a working session for a small group of property managers and real estate agents with a genuine interest in developing talent in the sector.

What will we work on?

✦ Internships: exploring a potential pilot programme with sector companies

✦ Training: what adjustments the sector needs for the upcoming academic year

➡️ Housfy will share their recent experience hosting students on internships.

Who is it for?

Companies with a genuine interest in hosting interns or in helping to define the talent the sector will need. We recommend attending with both an HR and a business profile (or one person covering both roles).

About IFEB

A centre specialised in business and commercial training, offering programmes in administration, management, commerce and marketing, with a strong focus on connecting with industry. It particularly promotes intensive DUAL placements of up to 1,000 hours.
