CSIM continues its series of peer learning activities with a new Best Practices Breakfast, this time aimed at executives, managers and team leaders from member companies.
Attracting and retaining talent has become one of the sector's key strategic challenges. In a context where organisations are increasingly competing for qualified professionals, the role of leaders is critical to building teams that are engaged, motivated and aligned with the company's vision.
Joan Carles Vilà, expert in leadership and soft skills development, will share practical insights on how self-leadership among managers directly impacts team motivation, the employee experience and, ultimately, talent retention.
The goal is to create a collective learning space where participants can compare experiences, identify transferable best practices and reflect on leadership as a key driver of organisational sustainability and competitiveness.
